To request a refund or exchange, please submit a form via our Contact Us page. Claims must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.

Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 weeks*; however, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, along with updates when your order has shipped and been delivered.
 

Pre-Orders

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please be aware that pre-order shipping dates are subject to change.
